Smart TVs, streaming devices, speakers, cameras, doorbells, thermostats, and other connected devices are handled through In-Home Tech Help or Home Tech Catch-Up rather than a separate fixed-price service.

Before you book

Simple expectations, explained up front

Payment

Payment is due after your appointment. Card and cash payments are accepted.

Travel

Some locations farther from Hagerstown may have an additional travel charge. Any travel charge will always be disclosed before you book.

Changes to plans

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead at no charge. Later cancellations may be charged $50 and no-shows may be charged $75, with reasonable circumstances considered.
