Precision Tech Help offers remote and in-person technical support, including but not limited to:
Remote sessions are conducted using Zoho Assist. By initiating a remote session, you grant consent for temporary access to your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data before any remote service is performed.
In-person support is offered to clients located in Hagerstown, MD and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply. You agree to provide a safe and accessible working environment during the appointment.
Payments are due at the time services are rendered. Precision Tech Help accepts Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Square, and cash. Invoices will be provided upon request. Failure to pay may result in additional fees or denial of future service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
