1. Services Provided

By scheduling a session with Precision Tech Help, you acknowledge that the services provided may include (but are not limited to):

• PC & Mac troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 setup and training
• Printer and network setup
• Smart home device consultation & configuration
• Mobile device support
• Remote diagnostics and technical guidance

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide honest, accurate information regarding the issue(s)
• Ensure access to necessary equipment, accounts, and passwords
• Backup important files prior to service
• Be available during the service session

3. Waiver of Liability

Precision Tech Help is not liable for:

• Data loss, hardware failure, or incidental damage
• Issues resulting from pre-existing conditions or third-party software
• Malware or client misconfiguration

All services are provided "as-is" with no guarantee of resolution or data recovery.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the end of the session. Accepted methods: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Square, or cash. Invoices available upon request.

5. Service Limitations

Precision Tech Help reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session due to safety, abuse, or uncooperative behavior.

6. Consent for Remote Access

By accepting remote service, you grant permission to connect to your device via Zoho Assist. You may end the session at any time.

7. Agreement

By booking or receiving services, you agree to these terms. This agreement applies to all future services unless updated in writing.
